INTERNATIONAL WINERY OUTLET offers the following Returns Policy: FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS PROHIBIT US ACCEPTING RETURNS OF ANY WINE OR LIQUOR.

When you place an order you certify that you are of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverage (usually 21 years of age), and that your state or locale permits the shipment of alcoholic beverages. An adult signature is required, when are not responsible to reship undeliverable items.
